Contract Type: Zero hours, covering matinees, evening, weekend and Bank holiday shifts as required.

About the role
Hospitality Assistants ensure excellent customer service in all our Commercial areas. Working across our Bars, Restaurant, Café and Events, the role delivers a first class experience in all our Commercial activities in our three Buildings.
About you
You will have recent relevant experience in a busy Hospitality or leisure environment, ideally with experience of working in a Restaurant and bar environment.
You will also have excellent communication skills, in order to provide great customer service and to work well with colleagues.
Candidates will have the ability to cope well under pressure, in a calm and efficient manner to set deadlines.
